How do I pay?

Cash on delivery. You pay the courier when the parcel is handed over. Nothing is charged when you send the form, and this website never asks for card or bank details.

What happens after I send the order form?

One of our operators calls you to confirm the product, the delivery address and the price, and to answer anything the page did not cover. Once you confirm on that call the parcel is dispatched, and it normally arrives within 2-4 working days.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 2-4 working days from the confirmation call. Orders confirmed before 14:00 are normally handed to the courier the same working day, and you get a tracking link by SMS.

Can I return it?

Yes. You have 30 days from the day it arrives. Contact us first so we can arrange the collection, send it back in its packaging, and we refund the full amount you paid the courier.

Is my phone number safe?

We use your name, phone number and address to deliver the order and for nothing else. We do not sell data and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.
