What these conditions cover

These conditions apply to every order placed through gadgettrending.com. Sending the order form means you accept them, so please read them first. If anything is unclear, ask us before you order.

How an order is formed

Submitting the order form is a request, not a completed purchase. It places no charge on you and commits you to nothing.

One of our operators then calls you to confirm the product, the price, the delivery address and any delivery charge. The contract is formed only when you confirm the order on that call. If we cannot reach you after three attempts across two working days, the request lapses and nothing is sent.

Prices

Prices are shown in euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. The price confirmed on the call is the price you pay the courier. Any delivery charge is stated on that call before you confirm, and nothing is added afterwards.

We do not display struck-through reference prices, countdown timers or stock counters on this website.

Payment on delivery

All orders are paid cash on delivery: you hand the payment to the courier when the parcel arrives. We never ask for card details, bank transfers or deposits, and nobody from this shop will ever call you to request them.

Delivery

Confirmed orders are normally handed to the courier the same working day and delivered within 2-4 working days, with a tracking link sent by SMS. These are working estimates rather than guarantees: strikes, weather and incorrect addresses can extend them.

If nobody is there to receive the parcel, the courier follows its own re-delivery process and will normally try again or leave collection instructions.

Right of withdrawal and returns

If you are a consumer in the European Union you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

On top of that we offer a 30 days return window from the day of delivery. Contact us first so we can arrange the collection, return the item complete and in its original packaging, and we refund the full amount you paid the courier once it reaches us in resaleable condition.

Warranty and faults

Products are covered by the statutory conformity guarantee and by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something arrives damaged or stops working, email us with the order details and a photograph and we will arrange repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or use outside the conditions described on the product listing and in the manual.

Product information and images

We write the listings on this site ourselves and check them, but specifications can change without notice. The specification confirmed on your order call is the one that applies. Photographs are illustrative; colours vary between screens, and anything shown alongside a product is included only if it appears in the “what is in the box” list.

Nothing on this site is medical, health or professional advice. We describe what an appliance does mechanically and make no claim that it prevents, treats or cures anything.

Using this website

The text, layout and images here belong to us or are used with permission and may not be reproduced commercially without written consent. You agree not to submit false contact details or to place orders you have no intention of receiving.

Liability

Nothing in these conditions limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Applicable law

Wherever you live in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence apply to your order and nothing in these conditions removes them.
